We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's sales/customer service team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to their clients.

What We Offer:
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting with 3,75$ hourly, which will be increased as you do a good job and commit;

Training videos for daily tasks (you'll be compensated for the hours you spend watching them);

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing;
Actively promote and sell our products and services to potential customers;
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services via phone, email, and other communication channels;
Process orders and manage customer accounts;
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services and to address any concerns or issues;
Collaborate with other members of the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded;
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences;
Use CRM to compile information for customers, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data;
Cold calling.
