As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for
- PNR generation, Hold PNR,
- Ticket issuance, re-issuance,
- cancellation, refund
- handle customer queries via phone, mail
- Creat tour package and travel package
Requirement :
- must have a good command of all Galileo functions
- good and clear communication
- customer service skills
