Project Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- To ensure functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of the built environment
- Support the workers and equipment of the facility
- Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
- Study the maintenance report and discuss improving also prolong existing facility lifespan
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents and maintenance
- Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Maintain positive vendor and client relationships
Requirements and Qualifications
- Min SPM or Diploma in Facility Management/Project Management/Engineering or any related field
- experience in project management or as an administrative assistant
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Possess planning and implementation skills
- Good attitude, interface skill, and leadership is an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Focused and supportive to management at all times
- Possess own transport with a valid license

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
